Pricing FAQs

We launched CA Creative in 2026, and we’re offering a reduced rate to our first five clients as a thank-you for taking a chance on a new agency. This rate applies for the first 12 months of the contract. There’s no catch and no reduced service: same senior designers, same quality of work, and same turnaround.

If you are unsure whether we’d be a good fit for your company, we offer a low-commitment UX audit — a real piece of work you can act on, whether or not you continue with us. We review a feature or flow of your choosing, for example, product onboarding or a signup flow. You get an interactive prototype showcasing the proposed improvements, plus a Loom video of one of our designers explaining the issues we found and how we’d fix them.

“Unlimited requests” simply means that there is no upper limit to how many requests you can make and get fulfilled every month on the Starter plan. The limiting factor for this plan is that requests can only be processed one at a time, which means that the size of your requests matters a lot.

For example, if you want a web app designed from scratch, it might take one or more months on the “Starter” plan to complete this one request (depending on the complexity of the app).

Alternatively, if you have several small requests (e.g. several modals or basic pages) they can be fulfilled very quickly and you can even submit more requests that month.

There are other factors that affect how quickly we can process a request, for example, the lack of brand guidelines or confusing briefs can increase timescales. We have guidance for creating briefs on our project management platform.

Traditional retainer

Most agencies sell you a block of hours. You commit to a fixed number each month, usually on a six or twelve month contract, and you pay whether or not you use them. Work is scoped up front through discovery calls and proposals, then estimated, then approved — a process that can take weeks before anyone opens Figma. Anything outside the original scope triggers a change request and a new estimate. You’re billed for meetings, for revisions, and for the account manager who sits between you and the designers. Unused hours rarely roll over. If your priorities shift mid-quarter, the contract doesn’t.

“Starter” Monthly plan

You pay a flat monthly fee and submit as many design requests as you like — we work through them one at a time, delivering in around three days each. There’s no scoping phase, no estimates and no change requests: if your priorities shift, you simply submit something different next. You work directly with senior designers, not an account layer, and you’re never billed by the hour, so asking for a revision costs you nothing but the time it takes to write it. There’s no minimum term — pause or cancel month to month. The trade is straightforward: you get speed, flexibility and a predictable cost, and we skip the overhead that makes traditional agencies slow.

Custom plans & one-offs

We understand that companies have unique needs, and we offer custom plans where you can choose the way we engage with you. For example, you might want us to work on multiple requests at the same time or have a kick-off call before every design request. We can even tailor the monthly plan to be more like a traditional retainer.

We also offer one-off projects with a fixed scope and price, though clients often find the monthly plans easier to work with.
